Cappuccino Milkshake – Perfect College Recipe
This is a pretty funny video. Personally, it took me not only 5 years to graduate from college, but also a lot of coffee to help along the way. Coffee was a necessity for me to pull those all-nighter study groups!
This recipe includes the following:
- 2 ice trays of ice (about 24 ice cubes)
- 1 cup (250 ml) of fresh whole milk
- less than ½ cup (100 ml) of espresso coffee
- 3 tbsp of sugar
- 2 tbsp of cocoa powder For garnishing
- whipped cream
- a few coffee beans
- cocoa powder for sprinkling
Heat the milk in a small saucepan, then add the coffee… the sugar… and the cocoa powder… and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Put the ice cubes in the bowl of a blender, now add the liquid… cover… and process. Top with a few coffee beans and cocoa powder for pretty presentation!
