Welcome to Cappuccino Xpert!

My first experience with cappuccino was at Tim Horton’s. If you aren’t aware of Tim Horton’s, then you are probably not Canadian, it is a fast food version of a coffee shop. You can go through a drive through, order a cappuccino, or a regular coffee or an iced cappuccino through a little box and then drive away. You can also go into a Tim Horton’s and drink it right in the shop but that seems to be a rare occurrence, at least for me.

Anyway, back to the cappuccino. When it comes to that flavor filled beverage, it wasn’t cappuccino in the true sense of the word since it had almost the same texture as hot chocolate. Still, it was fairly interesting and I found that I became a fan, at least for a short time, of the French vanilla Cappuccino that they offered.

Now, I find that a cappuccino really needs to come from an authentic coffee house; there is something different about the texture, the aroma that drifts from the cup and, most importantly, the taste when it comes from a coffee house. Cappuccinos are filled with taste and there are a lot of flavors to choose from amaretto to vanilla.

And that is what our site is about; bringing the many flavors of cappuccino to a site that is filled with great recipes, wonderful tips and good conversation. After all, conversation is to cappuccino what music is to a play. You can probably have one without the other but there is an element to it that makes the conversation much more enjoyable if you can sip a warm cappuccino as you talk.

So please, sit down and pour yourself a cappuccino, follow one of our recipes for the perfect beverage or read our article on making a perfect cappuccino. After that, all that is left is the good conversation that you are sure to find browsing through our pages.
